Below, you’ll find a clear list of initial and monthly costs that are in addition to the base rent. Our goal is to make your living experience enjoyable and financially manageable. Required Monthly Fees
These are charges included in your monthly payments. Some are payable along with rent, while others may be paid directly to utility providers or external third parties. Certain required monthly charges, like utilities, may fluctuate based on actual usage or seasonal rate changes, resulting in varying costs each month. Residents are responsible for all utilites.

Online Payment Processing Fee- Debit Card and Credit Card have a 3.15% Processing Fee
ACH is a flat fee of $9.95 on any amount paid
Electric and Gas: If not placed in resident’s name, charges are billed based on actual usage.
Fees are applied uniformly in accordance with community policy and applicable laws. This community complies with all Fair Housing regulations.
